Frequently asked questions
When should I book my travel consultation?
Ideally 4 to 6 weeks before departure so vaccine courses can be completed. Travelling sooner? Come anyway; worthwhile protection is usually still possible.
What should I bring to the consultation?
Your itinerary with dates, any vaccination records, a list of current medicines, and details of medical conditions. The more we know, the better the plan.
Do I pay for the consultation if I have vaccines?
The consultation fee is redeemable against vaccinations given at the same visit, so most travellers effectively pay only for their vaccines.
Can you vaccinate my whole family at one visit?
Yes, family appointments are welcome. Book a longer slot when you call, or book each person into their own slot online, and we will assess each traveller individually.
