We use Acuity Scheduling to manage online bookings. When you book online, your booking details are processed by Acuity on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We use a small number of trusted providers to run our website and take payment. We never sell your personal information. We may share information with the NHS or other healthcare providers where necessary for your care or where required by law.
How long we keep your information
We keep clinical records for the periods required by NHS and professional guidance. Other information is kept only for as long as necessary.
