Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Introduction

These terms apply to services provided by North Harrow Clinic, which operates inside Health Pharmacy at 5 Broadway Parade, Pinner Road, North Harrow, Middlesex, HA2 7SY. Health Pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, registration number 1034965. By booking or using our services you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide private pharmacy clinic services including travel vaccinations, private vaccinations, weight loss support, earwax removal, vitamin B12 injections, and certain NHS services. All services are delivered or overseen by qualified pharmacists.

Clinical Assessment

All treatments are provided only after an individual clinical assessment. Even where you have decided in advance which vaccine or treatment you want, it remains our clinical decision whether it is safe and suitable for you. We may decline to provide a treatment if it is not clinically appropriate. This is a professional and legal responsibility and is in your interest.

Bookings and Appointments

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Please arrive on time and bring any relevant information, such as your travel itinerary, vaccination records, or a list of your current medicines. Please tell us in advance about any medical conditions, allergies or medicines relevant to your appointment.

Prices and Payment

Prices for private services are shown on our website and confirmed at your appointment. Some services are charged per dose or per course. Payment is taken at the time of service or, for online bookings, as set out during booking. NHS services are free for eligible patients.

Fees and Suitability

Some services include a consultation or examination fee that covers the clinical assessment itself. Where a service description or booking confirmation states that a fee is non-refundable if a treatment turns out not to be suitable for you, that fee covers the assessment we have carried out and is not refundable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please let us know as early as possible. Any deposit or cancellation terms will be made clear at the time of booking.

Eligibility for NHS Services

NHS services such as the MenB vaccination and NHS blood pressure checks are subject to national eligibility criteria. If you do not meet the criteria we may not be able to provide the NHS service.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information about your health, medicines and travel plans. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect our ability to treat you safely.

Complaints

We aim to provide a high standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@northharrowclinic.co.uk or 0208 427 2110 so we can put things right.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which you can read on this website.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
